
Since 1986, Advanced
Engineering Associates International (AEAI) has established a reputation for technical quality,

more than 80 environmental and energy contracts worldwide.
AEAI has extensive experience with bilateral and multilateral
donor agencies such as USAID, the World
Bank, and EBRD.
We are dedicated to the responsible and sustainable development
of energy and environmental services, technologies, policies
and practices that safeguard the environment.
In addition to US offices based in Boston, Washington,
DC, and Baltimore, AEAI maintains 47offices (representative
and fully staffed) around the world.
In addition to our staff in the U.S. and around the
world, we maintain a Partnership Team of senior and mid-level
independent consultants and strong access to a variety
of top-level talent at U.S. and international universities,
institutes, energy companies, government and non-government
organizations.
AEAI and it's Partnership Teams have designed, implemented
and managed a variety of energy and environmental projects

Moldova
Weatherization Project - U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID) - the objective of this project has
been the selection of weatherization sites in Moldova,
perform the weatherization activities using local energy
service companies (ESCOs), provide local ESCO training
in weatherization and energy efficiency techniques and
conduct the assessment of energy savings. The AEAI Team
managed all aspects of the project, including selection
of sites, specification of materials, purchase of materials,
selection of subcontractors, supervision of installation
work, impact assessment, and coordination of work with
other USAID and donor agency programs.
Syria
Energy Sector Reform - United Nations Development Program
(UNDP) - AEAI is currently working with the United Nations
and the World Bank in Palestine, Syria and Egypt to promote
energy sector reform, specifically through country-by-country "Energy
Efficiency Improvement and Greenhouse Gas Reduction" programs.
These programs target:
Capacity building for key decision makers in government
and the energy sector
Public awareness and information campaigns for industry,
commercial enterprises and individuals
Promotion of production of energy efficiency equipment
and materials.
Power and Energy Sector Review - U.S. Trade and Development
Agency (USTDA) - AEAI is currently conducting a review
of the power sector of several North African and Middle
Eastern countries including: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia
and Yemen for the purposes of promoting U.S. trade and
investment in the region.
