Center for Energy Efficiency
Center for Energy Efficiency (CENEF) is a nonprofit, independent Russian-American organization founded in 1992 by a consortium of U.S. and Russian organizations to promote energy efficiency and environmental protection in Russia. Energy Star
ENERGY STAR was introduced by the US Environmental Protection Agency as a voluntary labeling program designed to identify and promote energy-efficient products, in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. When you see the label on a product, whether it's a refrigerator, computer, TV, VCR, or another of the many labeled products, you can trust that it is an investment in savings on your power bills and that it will help to protect the environment.

Ecoteam is Armenia-based non-governmental association involved energy and environmental consulting.

"Teplo Rossii"/Heat of Russia
"Teplo Rossii" was set up in 1998 to assist regions in development and implementation of municipal reform and to develop and run an All-Russia Program "Heat of Russia". The key priority is cutting off budget expenditures on subsidies for the heat and hot water supply to the residential customers and direct payments to the utilities for heat and water supply of public sector. The solution is energy and water savings.
